Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Alpharova's cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

2. Service Description

Alpharova provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Home and apartment cleaning
• Deep cleaning services
• Office and commercial cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Custom cleaning plans

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are subject to change with prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

• Apartment cleaning (up to 50 m²): 200 PLN
• Apartment cleaning (up to 100 m²): 350 PLN
• House cleaning (over 100 m²): 500 PLN
• Office cleaning (per 100 m²): 300 PLN
• Move-in/move-out cleaning: 400 PLN

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to the premises at scheduled times
• Securing or removing valuable items before cleaning
• Informing us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Ensuring a safe working environment for our staff

6. Our Responsibilities

Alpharova commits to:

• Providing professional, reliable cleaning services
• Using eco-friendly products safe for families and pets
• Maintaining confidentiality and respect for your property
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments

7. Liability and Insurance

Alpharova carries appropriate insurance coverage. We are not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured or for pre-existing damage to property.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

9. Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality. Our staff is trained to handle your personal belongings with care and discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or during service visits.
